A job run with you, through to the finishes

A job calls for several trades and one consistent line. First the scope we take on; then the way we run the job with you.

Every trade, one point of contact

One company covers the sixteen services on the job, shell to finish: partitions and plastering, electricity, plumbing, heating, floors, painting, windows, kitchen. You keep the same point of contact.

The quote lists the items in order, with their quantities and the VAT; you can compare it line by line before work starts.

More than 20 years of experience and active in more than 7 regions, with the same company from first conversation to the finish.

Full renovation in progress: opening cut through a wall, rubble and red floor markings.
Bathroom under construction: green moisture-resistant plasterboard, cut niche and exposed cables.

Three ways of working

Bathroom before works: metal studs, bare walls and exposed water pipes.

A surprise is handled together

A wall in worse shape than expected, a water pipe that has to move: we show you what we find and explain the options before we carry on. The decision is taken with you, on site.

New white frames installed, protective film still in place and sill still to finish.

A solution with a price

When a technical problem appears, you get a concrete proposal with its price. You accept it or ask for a variant; work resumes with your approval.

Finished walk-in shower: glass panel, grey tiling and a scalloped-tile niche.

The same follow-up through to the finishes

The steps are announced in advance and the site stays tidy. We stay on the project through the joints, the skirting boards and the final touch-ups.
