Service
Full renovation
A full renovation carried out in order: demolition, structure, services, floors and finishes. One schedule, one detailed quote and one point of contact from the first survey to handover.

The service
What we take on
The order of work decides the result of a full renovation: open up first, redo the services next, close and finish last. We set that schedule before the first wall comes down and keep it current with you.
On site, walkways stay usable, rubble leaves as work progresses and finished work is protected. When a discovery changes the plan — a wall that differs from the drawings, an installation that has to be redone — we set out the options and their cost before carrying on.
We work across Belgium. Our main markets are Brussels, Ganshoren, Ixelles, Waterloo, Antwerp, Leuven, Wavre, Ghent and Liège. More than 7 regions are covered. Give your postcode in the quote request so we can place your address.

Frequently asked questions
The questions we hear most often before quoting.
In Belgium, a full renovation usually sits between €500 and €2,000 per m², depending on the state of the building, the floor area and the level of finish. That is an indicative range (market sources 2025-2026: Trustup, Meilleurtaux, Renovatiewerken), not a firm price: the quote prices your project item by item.
With a survey: what has to be dealt with (structure, roof, services) and what can wait. Then comes the order of work, then the quote. A site visit lets us set those priorities before you commit a budget.
It depends on the work. An interior renovation that touches neither the structure nor the facade often goes ahead without a permit; an opening in a load-bearing wall, an extension or a change of volume or facade requires one. Rules differ by municipality and region: we point out what to check before starting.
It depends on the items and on what turns up during the job. The detailed quote states the planned schedule, and we update it if a stage changes. We do not promise a duration before we have seen the building.
Yes. The site visit and the quote are free and without obligation. The document lists the items, quantities, materials, VAT and schedule, and states how long it remains valid.
