What we take on
Pipework is planned before the sanitaryware goes in. We set out supply and drainage, check falls and test pressure before closing up. Connections stay accessible where possible, with clearly marked stop valves.
We work on complete bathrooms and kitchens, on pipework and water heater renovations, and on repairs: leaks, blockages, taps. We start every repair with a diagnosis, before any demolition.
We work across Belgium. Our main markets are Brussels, Ganshoren, Ixelles, Waterloo, Antwerp, Leuven, Wavre, Ghent and Liège. More than 7 regions are covered. Give your postcode in the quote request so we can place your address.

The questions we hear most often before quoting.
First close the water supply at the nearest stop valve, then release the pressure by opening a tap. Note where the leak is and call us. If water reaches an electrical installation, switch off the circuit concerned before anything else.
The price depends on the number of water points, the length of pipework, accessibility and the state of the drains. A complete bathroom is not priced like moving a tap. The quote details the materials and the labour.
The 6% rate applies to renovating a private home more than ten years old, used as a dwelling for more than 50%, when the contractor invoices the end consumer and materials and labour appear on the same invoice. Other situations are at 21%. The exact conditions are set by the FPS Finance.
Yes. The site visit and the quote are free and without obligation. The document lists the water points, materials, labour and VAT.
