How a job runs
We take the job on as a whole: demolition, partitions, plastering, electricity, plumbing, heating, floors, painting and windows. The order of the trades is fixed before work starts.
For kitchens and some equipment, we work with partners. We ask the questions, compare the proposals and come back to you with one coordinated answer.
The quote details the items, the quantities and what remains your responsibility. If a surprise appears behind a partition, you know what it changes for the budget and the schedule before work continues.

Priced options, explained
A technical problem comes with two or three priced proposals. You compare, you choose, and the decision goes into the quote.

We prepare the visit
We go back over your request and ask the questions that are still missing. The appointment is set at a time that suits you.
The visit on site
We look at the real condition of the building, the access and the existing services. Budget and schedule are discussed here, with the constraints in front of us.
The quote, item by item
You receive the items, quantities, VAT, planned lead times and the validity period. Every line can be compared before you sign.
