Service
Bathroom renovation
A bathroom rethought around your daily routine: walk-in shower, vanity, storage and lighting, with one point of contact for strip-out, services and finishes.

The service
What we take on
We start with the room itself: where the light falls, where the drains run, how much height is left under the ceiling. From there we draw the layout with you — shower, bath, vanity, storage — before anything is ordered.
The job then follows a fixed order: strip-out, partitions and plastering, waterproofing, plumbing and electricity, tiling, sanitaryware, then joints and silicone. Each stage is checked before it is closed up, so a wall does not have to be opened twice.
We work across Belgium. Our main markets are Brussels, Ganshoren, Ixelles, Waterloo, Antwerp, Leuven, Wavre, Ghent and Liège. More than 7 regions are covered. Give your postcode in the quote request so we can place your address.

Frequently asked questions
The questions we hear most often before quoting.
The price depends on the floor area, the number of items (strip-out, partitions, plumbing, electricity, waterproofing, tiling) and the level of finish. A bathroom is priced item by item: the quote states quantities, materials and VAT. To place a full-renovation budget, the Services page publishes an indicative range with its sources.
An interior renovation that touches neither the structure nor the facade usually needs no permit. As soon as an opening is cut into a load-bearing wall, a volume changes or the facade is affected, an authorisation may be required. Rules differ by municipality and region: we point out what to check before starting.
The 6% rate applies to renovating a private home more than ten years old, used as a dwelling for more than 50%, when the contractor invoices the end consumer and materials and labour appear on the same invoice. Every other situation is at 21%. The exact conditions are set by the FPS Finance; we go through them with you before quoting.
