Partitions & ceilings
Fixed or movable partitions and suspended ceilings to redraw spaces, take lighting and hide ventilation, without touching the structure.

The service
What we take on
A partition redraws a plan without touching the structure. We build in plasterboard (Gyproc) or OSB, with the acoustic insulation that suits the space between two rooms. Movable partitions let a floor plate change use without demolition.
For ceilings, a suspended ceiling takes lighting, ventilation or extra insulation. Moisture-resistant boards stay for wet rooms, fire-resistant boards for zones that require them. Timber or metal frames are aligned before plastering.
We work across Belgium. Our main markets are Brussels, Ganshoren, Ixelles, Waterloo, Antwerp, Leuven, Wavre, Ghent and Liège. More than 7 regions are covered. Give your postcode in the quote request so we can place your address.

Frequently asked questions
The questions we hear most often before quoting.
A non-load-bearing partition that touches neither the structure nor the facade usually needs no permit. If the wall is load-bearing, if you create an opening or if the room changes use, that changes. We point out what to check with your municipality.
It depends on the structure and on what has to be housed: ducts, ventilation, light fittings. The height is agreed with you before fitting and appears in the quote with the board type.
The 6% rate applies to renovating a private home more than ten years old, used as a dwelling for more than 50%, when the contractor invoices the end consumer and materials and labour appear on the same invoice. Other situations are at 21%. The exact conditions are set by the FPS Finance.
