Badly fitted insulation creates cold bridges and damp. We start by looking at where heat escapes — roof, walls, floors, windows — then propose the work that really changes comfort, with the targeted energy rating in mind.
We insulate the roof, walls and floors with materials suited to the building. Insulation comes with sized ventilation: without air renewal, moisture stays in the home. The quote details materials and areas by zone, so options can be compared.

Subsidies depend on your region and the type of work: each region has its own office and conditions. We publish no amounts: check the rules in force on your region's official website before ordering.
The choice depends on the element, the space available and how it behaves with moisture. A roof is not treated like an old rubble-stone wall. We compare options by thickness, performance and installation before pricing.
Technically it is essential: a tighter envelope keeps the moisture produced by the kitchen, the bathroom and breathing. The system — single or double-flow mechanical ventilation, vents — is sized with the insulation, not afterwards.
The 6% rate applies to renovating a private home more than ten years old, used as a dwelling for more than 50%, when the contractor invoices the end consumer and materials and labour appear on the same invoice. Other situations are at 21%. The exact conditions are set by the FPS Finance.
