The service
What we take on
A window is chosen on three concrete points: which way the facade faces, the noise from the street and the insulation you are after. We measure, check the state of the reveals and compare PVC, aluminium and timber with the glazing that suits each room.
Fitting matters as much as the product. We remove the old frame, check plumb and airtightness, seal and refit the interior trim. Velux windows are fitted with their roof flashing; garage doors with their motor where the quote includes one.
We work across Belgium. Our main markets are Brussels, Ganshoren, Ixelles, Waterloo, Antwerp, Leuven, Wavre, Ghent and Liège. More than 7 regions are covered. Give your postcode in the quote request so we can place your address.

The questions we hear most often before quoting.
The price depends on size, material (PVC, aluminium, timber), glazing, the number of opening sections and access. Each window is priced individually: the quote lists every element, its glazing and the finishes. Market prices vary widely from one model to another, which is why we start from your survey rather than an average price.
If the dimensions, the number of opening sections and the exterior appearance stay the same, replacement usually needs no permit. Protected streets, listed buildings and some municipal regulations have their own rules: we point out what to check before ordering.
The 6% rate applies to renovating a private home more than ten years old, used as a dwelling for more than 50%, when the contractor invoices the end consumer and materials and labour appear on the same invoice. Other situations are at 21%. The exact conditions are set by the FPS Finance; we go through them with you before quoting.
Yes. The site visit and the quote are free and without obligation. The document lists the measured dimensions, the window type, the glazing, the finishes and VAT.
